In January 2015, we contracted with Matthew Herboth, of Herboth Remodeling to renovate our Birch Bay Village Home. We found Matthew to be personable, communicative, well-organized, and respectful of our belongings. Matthew possesses a diverse knowledge base of construction techniques, skillfully navigates the permit process, adeptly coordinates subcontractors, maintains a clean and safe work environment and is dedicated to performing and delivering the highest quality results.
Although the renovation took longer than desired, we are overjoyed with the results. We especially appreciate Matthew's ability and willingness to translate our vision into desired results even though we were unable to specifically verbalize what we wanted. His suggestions and solutions allowed the desired design features to be integrated throughout the house resulting in a comfortable unified layout. Many of our guests are amazed at the successful transition and comment on how gorgeous our new kitchen, bathroom, tile floor, fireplace and grand stairway are!
Should additional projects arise, we will gladly hire Matthew for the job.
